3.Recording the memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3370 of 2013, this Crl.O.P.No.3370 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.As regards, Crl.O.P.No.3838 of 2013, Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after investigation, the complaint was closed.

5.In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in the Crl.O.P.No.3838 of 2013.
