This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24331 of 2023 to report before the trial Court, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates, without fail.
