CMP No.2526 of 2024 in CRP No.4815 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM , J.

This petition has been filed to make amendment by deleting the word Dismissed in the preamble portion as well as in the prayer portion of the grounds in the civil revision petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, I am inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
