Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce petitioner's wife Mangai, aged about 30, before this Court and set the detenue at liberty. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body of the wife of the petitioner/detenue viz.Mangai, aged 30 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. Mrs.Govindammal, mother of the detenue is also present before Court.

3.On enquiry, the detenue Mangai/wife of the petitioner stated that there is no illegal detention and according to her, she is willing to go along with her, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that she is willing to go along with her mother, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
