ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2018 CSR was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 08.02.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without hearing the petitioner, the third respondent has closed the petitioner's complaint. He further submitted that no intimation also sent to the petitioner with regard to closure of his complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the closure of the complaint within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
