This Second Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated August 14, 2003 made in A.S.No.12 of 2003 on the file of the Sub Court, Dharapuram, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated August 3, 2001 made in O.S.No. 430 of 1994 on thee file of the District Munsif Court, Dharapuram.

2. Mr.R.Asokan, learned Counsel on record for the appellant and Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 are before this Court. 3/6
