ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.16 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode.

2.The petitioners are A1 to A12. In this petition, the Sessions Case Number has been wrongly mentioned as S.C.No.16 of 2015 instead of S.C.No.6 of 2015 and on comparison of the Judgment passed in S.C.No.6 of 2015, the petitioners name herein are found to be the same.

3.During the pendency of the above petition, the Sessions Case in S.C.No.6 of 2015 had ended in acquittal after fulfledged trial of the learned First Additional District Judge, Erode, dated 15.09.2015 and the copy of the said Judgment has been produced before this Court along with Case Diary. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the above Criminal Original Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
