O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other appropriate investigation officer or agency to conduct fair and free investigation and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.104 of 2014 and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.110 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
