2. In view of the endorsement, made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the third respondent, shall continue the investigation, and take appropriate steps to trace the detenue and to act, in accordance with law.
