2. Perusal of the affidavit does not indicate any reason for dispensing the production of original decree copy and there is no mentioned about any attempt to get decree copy from the concerned Court.

3. Hence, the C.M.P.No.1385 of 2021 is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition with better affidavit.
