This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in para No.8 (b) on the petitioner(s)/accused while granting bail as per the orders in Crl.O.P.No.28747 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024. SUNDER MOHAN,J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner(s) has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in Crl.O.P.No.28747 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
