The Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in C.M.P.No.61/Drug Offender/Salem City/2025, dated 13.10.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., Prasath, S/o.Kumar, aged 23 years, who is now confined in the Central Prison, Salem, is hereby directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
