JUDGMENT
This court by its order dated 23.06.2021 made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, the second appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non-prosecution. Till date, steps have not been taken by the Appellant to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
