J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that inspite of several reminders sent to the appellants, he has not received any instruction from them.

3.In the light of the above submission, this Court finds no reason to keep the appeal pending. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
