(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed with a prayer to implead the petitioner herein as 4th respondent in the main writ petition, i.e., W.P.No.4410 of 2017.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner in this writ miscellaneous petition, who is seeking to get himself impleaded is the writ petitioner in W.P.No.34888 of 2016, which has triggered of the entire proceedings.

Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Senior Counsel, leading Ms.Narmada Sampath, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader Ms.Vasudha Thiagarajan for official respondents do not oppose this application, seeking impleadment.

We have also perused the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of the implead petition and heard the learned counsel for implead petitioner. We are satisfied that the prayer for impleading needs to be acceded to. Implead petition is allowed. Memo of parties to be amended suitably.
