JUDGMENT

This appeal has been preferred against the order of rejection of custody of minor girl child of the Appellant herein, who was born on 08.07.2001. Now it is reported that the girl has become major, since reached 18 years. That being the case, there is nothing survives to adjudicate in this appeal.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
