Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondents 1 to 4th restraining them from illegally harassing the petitioner jointly and severally/collusively to settle dues to the respondents 6 to 8 which are not legally due to them, since the 6th respondent issued a receipt for the receipt of the entire amount of Rs.4,70,49,200/- through 5th respondent and also in pursuance of
the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2019 on the file of the 1 to 4 respondents by converting the civil matter into a criminal one.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4th restraining them from illegally harassing the petitioner jointly and severally/collusively to settle dues to the respondents 6 to 8 which are not legally due to them, since the 6th respondent issued a receipt for the receipt of the entire amount of Rs.4,70,49,200/- through 5th respondent and also in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2019 on the file of the 1 to 4 respondents by converting the civil matter into a criminal one.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The matter pertains to the civil dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
