JUDGMENT

This Court by its order dated 10.08.2021 made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1, 2, 4 to 6 & 8 to 10 before the next hearing date, this second appeal shall stand dismissed for non prosecution.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he has sent two communications to the Appellant seeking instructions for taking steps with regard to the deceased respondents and till date, he has not received any instructions from the Appellant. Since steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents as directed by this Court, this second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
