C.M.P.No.1469 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.3699 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of one day in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.Sathyan, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the delay of one day being condoned.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of one day is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Sathyan for the respondent at the time of admission.
