ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4th restraining them from illegally harassing the petitioner jointly and severally/collusively to settle dues to the 5th respondent a huge amount which is not legally due in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2019 on the file of the 1 to 4th respondents by converting the civil matter into a criminal one.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
