The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the request of the learned counsel for both parties.
2. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in para 4(i) of the order dated 13.02.2026, instead of 'Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur', it has been inadvertently typed as 'Subordinate Judge, Ambattur'. It has also been brought to notice by Ms. D.V.Lipika, learned counsel for the respondent that her presence has not been marked in that order.
3. After carrying out the aforesaid correction, the appearance of the Counsel appearing for the respondent and para 4(i) of the order dated 08.10.2020 shall read as follows:- "For Respondent :
Ms. D.V.Lipika for M/s. Elizabeth Ravi
4. ...
(i) The proceedings in E.P.No.252 of 2024 shall be kept in abeyance for a period of six weeks. Within the said period, the applications in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.156 of 2022 shall be disposed of by 2/8
the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur. The petitioner shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the said applications, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the outcome of I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025, it is open to the respondent to proceed further with the execution proceedings."
4. That apart, the order shall be sent to the 'Sub Court, Tiruvallur.
5. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in CRP.No.316 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026 after making necessary corrections.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.12.2025 made in E.P.No.252 of 2025 in O.S.No.156 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur. 5/8
2.The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent has no serious objection for disposal of this revision, so as to enable expeditious disposal of the interlocutory applications in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025. However, the learned counsel for the respondent requested this Court to issue necessary directions to the petitioner to co-operate for early disposal of the Execution Petition and also to issue appropriate directions to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur. 3.This revision has been preferred challenging the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, dated 08.12.2025, issuing a warrant of attachment of the movable properties of the judgment-debtor.
The sole ground on which the petitioner has approached this Court is that the applications for condonation of delay and to set aside the ex parte decree are pending in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 and, without disposal of the same, the execution of the decree ought not to proceed. 4.In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition in the following manner:- (i) The proceedings in E.P.No.
abeyance for a period of six weeks. Within the said period, the applications in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.156 of 2022 shall be disposed of by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur. The petitioner shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the said applications, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the outcome of I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025, it is open to the respondent to proceed further with the execution proceedings.
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
