2. When the matter came up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main W.P.No.9058 of 2005 was dismissed by this Court dated 17.04.2013. Hence, the compliance of the order dated 18.03.2005 made in W.P.M.P. No.9828 of 2005 in W.P.No.9058 of 2005 is not applicable.

3. In the result, the Contempt petition stands closed in view of the main W.P. No.9058 of 2005 itself was dismissed by order dated 18.03.2005.
