Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18819 of 2020 dated 1.12.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIAGARAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18819 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18819 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
