This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from forcibly taking away the tractor bearing Registration No.TN 23 AB 1051 from the custody of the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.
