(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This is a petition to condone the delay of 590 days in filing the writ appeal. 2.

Mr. Akhil Akbar Ali, learned counsel representing M/s. Akhil Akbar Ali Associates, learned counsel on record for R1, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

Having regard to the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the aforesaid delay is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- by the petitioners, to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a week's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Upon production of receipt in proof of payment of costs, this C.M.P. shall stand ordered.
