This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.08.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the respondent police.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 23.08.2014 to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].
