Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed para 7(a)(c) petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23639/2021 dated 09.12.2021 in Crime No.119/2008 on the file of the Inspector of Police Central Crime Branch, Chennai District and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S X.SELVAM SOUNDER, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23639 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
