There is no representation on behalf of the insolvent who was adjudged as an insolvent by an order dated 05.03.2020. The insolvent has filed a schedule of creditors both secured and unsecured creditors. However, no steps have been taken to serve notice on all the creditors.

2. According to the learned Official Assignee the insolvent owes approximately a sum of Rs.3,82,50,000/- to the creditors. According to the learned Official Assignee there are about 20 unsecured creditors, the insolvent owes a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- to a secured creditors namely Repco Bank, Adyar Branch, Chennai.

3. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Master has referred this case before this Court for passing suitable orders. Meanwhile, the office of the Official Assignee submits that the assets of the immovable property of the insolvent has to be valued and therefore seeks time for filing further report in due course. 1/3

4. One last opportunity is given for the insolvent to be present before the learned Master along with the counsel on the next date of hearing and to take steps to serve notice on the creditors (both secured and unsecured creditors).

5. List this case before the learned Master on 30.11.2023.

6. Meanwhile, the office of the Official Assignee is directed to file an Additional Report before the learned Master.
