C O M M O N O R D E R When the matter is taken up for consideration, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that, pending these petitions, the petitioner in all the three criminal original petitions died on 13.10.2017. The learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the death certificate of the petitioner before this Court and the same is taken on file.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission and the death certificate so produced, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as abated.
