[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The 3rd Respondent privately served and affidavit of service is filed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. At this stage, Mr.Bala Ramesh, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents 1 to 3. 2.It is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 by Mr.Bala Ramesh, Learned Special Government Pleader that the order dated 13.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29370 of 2011 was taken into account and that the 2nd Respondent had passed an order on 19.12.2014 in Ref.No.LL2/1771/2013, rejecting the request of the Petitioners to appoint the legal heir of Thiru.C.Chinnappa (late), Thiru.C.Siva (2nd Petitioner) on compassionate ground.
3.In view of the detailed order passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 19.12.2014 as stated supra, this Court closes the present Contempt Petition. However, if the Petitioners are aggrieved against the order dated
19.12.2014, then, it is open to them to assail the correctness, validity and legality of the order passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 19.12.2014, before the Competent Forum, of course, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law, if they so desire/advised.
