Nos.295, 294 and 293 of 2017 pending on the file of 1st respondent and to direct the

1st respondent to re-open the Revision Petitions in R.P. Nos.295, 294 and 293 of 2017 and dispose the same on merits after hearing both sides.

Mr.M.Maharaja, Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3 Mr.S.D.Ramalingam for R4 COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents from dispossessing their premises, bearing Door Nos.201, 213 and 207, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, 100 Feet Road, Koyambedu, Chennai 600 107 till the disposal of the Revision Petitions in R.P. Nos.295, 294 and 293 of 2017 pending on the file of 1st respondent and further direction to the 1st respondent to re-open the Revision Petitions in R.P. Nos.295, 294 and 293 of 2017 and dispose the same on merits after hearing both sides.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that arguments from both sides were heard by the first respondent in the pending Revision Petitions and the orders will be pronounced within a period of ten days.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, this Court, without going into the merits of the case which has already been ceased of by the first respondent, is inclined to grant ten days time to the first respondent to pass orders on the Revision Petitions.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petitions, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
