CRIME NO.412 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No. 24354 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 that the petitioner shall stay at trichy and report before the Respondent town Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and pass such or further orders or orders that may deem fit, or proper, necessary the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P. BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24354 of 2021, dated 14.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 14.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.24354 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
