ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- while producing the sureties within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy this order, passed in Crl.M.P.No.18374 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27588 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis comply with one of the conditions viz., to deposit a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- while producing the sureties within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy this order,

passed in Crl.M.P.No.18374 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27588 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, since the amount was huge. He further submitted that if some more time is granted, the petitioner will mobilize funds and comply with the condition as imposed by this Court and requested for further time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended finally to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready. 10-02-2025 vca To
