The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 341, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.165 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taking up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this petitioner is a History Sheeter and that there are seven previous cases pending as against him. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
