TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation is the appellant in this appeal and they have questioned the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal. The claim petition was filed for a total claim of Rs.5,00,000/. The tribunal has passed an award for a sum of Rs.1,12,000/-. The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation is now not pressing this appeal and the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, if any. The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd., Anthiyur, Anthiyur Tippo, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.
