This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 01.02.2002 in AS.No.173 of 1999 on the file of the IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai confirming the judgment and decree dated 10.03.1999 in OS.No.6370 of 1996 on the file of the I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Eventhough the second appeal is of the year 2004, when the matter was posted on 02.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant as such the second appeal was ordered to be posted on 04.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e. 04.12.2019, no representation on the side of the appellant.
