ORDER

The petitioner has filed a memo dated 18.01.2024 stating that the dispute with the petitioner and the respondent has been settled and that the petitioner has also received the amounts from the respondent towards full and final settlement for all claims between them.

2. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for refund of the Court fees. The dispute has been settled amicably between the parties.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as settled out of Court. The memo dated 18.01.2024 shall form part and parcel of this order.
