2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.285 of 2024 and file a charge sheet as early as possible.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
