Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari t o call for the records of the Termination order dated 27.11.2019 passed by the 4th respondent, the President, C.2534, Perumalkuppam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Limited, Perumalkuppam, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District and quash the same.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 27.11.2019, dismissing the petitioner from service.

In the considered view of this Court, there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operatives Societies Act. The petitioner without exhausting the said remedy, cannot directly approach this Court.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order passed by the 4th respondent to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority.
