The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to pass an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay to the petitioner the remaining 2/3rd of the arrears of salary for the period from 10.09.1991 to 31.08.1992 consequent to the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.336, School Education (M1) Department dated 30.12.2009 and grant her all consequential benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.Mageshkumar for Mr.P.Rajendran For Respondents : Mr.A.Raja Perumal, Additional Government Pleader (Education) for R1 No appearance for R2.

O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition to direct the 1st respondent to pay the remaining 2/3rd of the arrears of salary for the period from 10.09.1991 to 31.08.1992, consequent to the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.336, School Education (M1) Department dated 30.12.2009.
