This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment dated 04.11.2019 in Arb.O.P.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the counsel could not be met within time and that there has been delay in filing the Appeal.

3.It is also to be mentioned that the respondent herein had also filed an Appeal against the very same judgment and the same had been taken on file as CMA No.1865 of 2020.
