ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to carry out a correction in patta No.454 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Patta No.454, referred to supra, stands in the name of the petitioner's father. According to the petitioner, the said patta needs to be corrected. He had given a representation dated 02.09.2025 to the second respondent to carry out a correction in Patta No.454. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the

petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 seeking for a correction in Patta No.454, for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by him, within a period 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. 29-01-2026 RKM To
