JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that many respondents have died and she has also not received any instructions from the parties. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Second Appeal may be dismissed as abated.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated with liberty to reopen the same when need arises. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
