ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.131 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.05.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 126(2), 296(b), 308(2) & 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. 155 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

This Court has dismissed the first bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26272 of 2025 on 24.09.2025 for the following reasons: Considering the gravity of the offences, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has 23 previous cases registered against him, which indicate his adverse antecedents, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the petitioner or grant bail to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above facts and this is the third bail application and the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.26272 of 2025 was dismissed by this Court on 24.09.2025 and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
