The petitioners who are Accused in Crime No.36 of 2014, have filed this petition to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.36 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is only in civil transaction.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.36 of 2012 has been closed based on the compromise entered between the parties and he has also produced the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) No.35 of 2019 filed before the concerned court on 13.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
