ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the body and persons of the detenu namely Prabavathi W/o.Susilkumar aged about 19 years from the illegal custody of the 4th and 5th respondents and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The detenue is present before us. She informs of having left the matrimonial home on her own accord and that she is residing with her parents on her own volition.

4. Recording such statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
