ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2017 dated 23.1.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that seeking bail, they have moved a petition in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2017 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, and the learned Judge, by order dated 23.1.2017, granted bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Seeking to relax the said condition, the petitioners have come up with the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition from 24.1.2017 without any default.

In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2017 dated 23.1.2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
