ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2023, the petitioner/complainant and the respondent/accused has filed a Joint Memo of Compromise recording receipt of demand draft for 1/4

Rs.14,00,000/- and agreement to permit the complainant to withdraw a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-, which has already been deposited in the credit of C.C.No.163 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I (Fast Track Court at Magisterial level), Coimbatore. 2.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed recording compounding of the offence in the terms of Joint Compromise Memo dated 30.03.2023, which reads as below:

"1) Rs. 1 lakh was deposited on 15.05.2018 pursuant to order in C.M.P.No. 1398/2018 in C.C.No.163 of 2014 order dated 10.05.2018.

2) Rs.5 lakhs was deposited on 25.02.2020 pursuant to order in Crl.M.P.No.

906 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.131/2020 dated 27.01.2020.

The petitioner submits that the remaining amount of Rs.14 lakhs is paid vide ICICI Bank Demand Draft vide No.506872 dated 24.03.2023 in favour of the respondent herein."
