ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents Nos.2 to 4 to issue correlation certificate in respect the petitioner's property bearing old Survey Number i.e., UDR Survey Nos.65, 65/2 & 65/4 and New Survey Nos.65/16, 65/17 and 65/18 and the subsequent subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

division Survey No.65/16C2 are all one among the same in respect of his property plot No.3 to an extent of 1250 square feet, situated at Sivasubramaniam Street, Ramalinga Nagar, Madipakkam, Chennai - 600 091, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2020.

2. Heard Mr.N.Vijaya Basker, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the co-relation certificate has been issued to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 4.12.2020. Since, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
