ORDER

This Criminal Revision case is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.3056 of 2018 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and allow prosecution under Sections 211, 268 and 295 A.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with regard to the private complaint lodged before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court,Chennai under Section 500 IPC and revised under Sections 211,268 and 295A.

3. On perusal of the records would show that two complaints have been closed by the Assistant Commissioner, Ayanavaram Range, Chennai - 10.

4. After going through the complaint and also typed set of papers and perusing the order passed by the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai, I am of the considered view that the cognizance taken by the V Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 500 IPC alone does not call for any interference by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
